About this role
Lead and manage AMD's global employment-related litigation, providing strategic direction, coordinating with regional teams and outside counsel to manage risk and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all employment-related litigation worldwide, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and collective or class actions
- Develop and execute global employment litigation strategy with consistency across jurisdictions
- Oversee case assessment, discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
- Select, retain, and manage outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Control litigation budgets, monitor spending, and drive cost-effective outcomes
