About this role
Lead global requirements management and governance across system levels for AGCO products, defining standard processes and tools, enabling distributed teams, and driving continuous improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- lead the development and governance of requirements management processes across all system levels for global products
- define standard processes, methods, and tools to ensure consistent requirement definition, analysis, and documentation
- enable globally distributed teams to translate product and system needs into clear, actionable requirements
- support system definition in collaboration with engineering leads, promoting cross-product reuse
- monitor compliance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and automation of requirements processes
Technical Overview
Scope includes SysML-based MBSE, requirements management, Agile/Lean practices, cross-domain engineering collaboration, and training across engineering leaders; involves global governance and KPI-driven improvements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior systems engineer with 5+ years in requirements management, proficient in SysML and MBSE, able to lead global processes, experience with Agile/Lean, and able to train and coach globally.
