GMS Systems Analyst provides system administration and maintenance for EMS and related applications, supporting upgrades, testing, and integrations to maximize grid uptime.

Key Responsibilities

Provide system administration and support for EMS systems, Support upgrades and maintenance, Monitor EMS uptime, Perform testing and defect logging, Participate in EMS integrations and migrations

Technical Overview

Experience with GE EMS Habitat or similar EMS platforms, Linux/Windows administration, RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server), and SCADA/ICCP protocols; disaster recovery and documentation are key focuses.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a systems administrator with 5+ years of Linux/Windows experience, proficient with Oracle or SQL Server, and hands-on EMS knowledge (GE EMS Habitat or similar). Strong SCADA/ICCP troubleshooting and disaster recovery skills are required, with remote work capability.
