Remote Go-To-Market Performance Manager role focused on designing and continuously evolving a GTM enablement strategy. You will enable revenue-facing teams through sales, technical, and operational readiness programs, including content creation, e-learning, job aids, and program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a unified enablement framework spanning sales enablement, technical enablement, and operational readiness
- Construct instructionally sound e-learning courses for on-demand consumption
- Review and update job aids for new and existing team members
- Cultivate an evaluation program to measure effectiveness of implemented programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales leadership to drive measurable outcomes
