The ideal candidate is a senior backend engineer with 5+ years of Go experience, skilled in building distributed microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs across AWS/Azure/GCP. Must be proficient with containers (Docker/Kubernetes), messaging (Kafka/NATS), and in-memory stores (Redis/Memcached), and comfortable in a remote, contract environment.
