About this role
Greenhouse Systems Administrator responsible for overall configuration of Greenhouse Recruiting and design/implementation of integrations with Workday and other HRIS tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall administration and configuration for Greenhouse Recruiting
- Design, scope, and implement integrations between Greenhouse and other systems (e.g., Workday)
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for integrations and system enhancements
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver integration solutions, including managing timelines, requirements, and quality assurance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system integrations, APIs, and data flows

Stack includes Greenhouse Recruiting, Workday, APIs, and data integration; focus on data flows, QA testing, and vendor integrations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level DevOps/HRIS systems admin with hands-on Greenhouse Recruiting experience, strong integration and API skills, and experience owning system integrations. They should have 4+ years in HRIS or Recruiting Systems and be comfortable cross-functionally partnering with Recruiting Ops and IT.
