Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product strategy for finance transformation and automation
Mentor PMs and lead cross-functional execution

Represent finance in tech implementations and change management
Conduct competitive and data analyses

Heavy emphasis on product leadership with AI/ML copilots, financial systems (Accounting, Treasury), SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Product Engineering.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior product leader with 8+ years in fintech product management, strong AI capabilities, and a track record of delivering finance-focused platforms; comfortable with crypto/Web3 and SOX-compliant processes.
