You will manage integrations, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and major platform migrations or upgrades across CRM and OMS domains. Delivery execution is supported by product discovery/validation and operational rigor through backlog management, sprint planning, and Jira practices in partnership with Engineering.

The ideal candidate is a lead-level Group Product Manager who owns end-to-end strategy and execution for Ads and Business Systems, including CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS). They have strong vendor relationship experience with Salesforce and AdVendio, run product discovery and solution validation, and manage delivery execution using Jira, backlog management, and sprint planning in a cross-functional environment.
