About this role
Figma seeks a Growth Marketing Manager, Scaled Success to design and run a scaled growth motion for self-serve and sales-owned customers. You’ll lead lifecycle programs, optimize monetization, and drive experiments across digital and human-touch channels to maximize revenue and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and build scaled success approach for self-serve and unmanaged customers
- Design how product, lifecycle, support, and human touch work together across the customer journey
- Partner with Growth Product and Billing to improve self-serve experiences and drive expansion
- Run experiments across digital and human-touch channels
- Identify growth levers and turn them into scalable programs
Technical Overview
Role focuses on growth programs, monetization strategies, and experimentation with data-driven analysis. Experience with AI-enabled systems and billing optimization is a plus; strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Support, Sales, and Data Science is essential.
