About this role
Own growth operations support across Sales and Customer Success, helping the go-to-market team stay organized and move faster. You will handle RFP responses, QBR and executive deck preparation, ad hoc reporting, and CRM hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Directors and Customer Success with RFP responses
- Prepare QBRs and executive-level decks for client engagements
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Sales and Customer Success
- Own CRM hygiene to keep contact and opportunity data accurate
- Lead improvements to slow or manual processes via templates or automation
