About this role
Keeper GTM Enablement Specialist supports training, content, and tools to enable Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at a high level in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members by managing logistics, tracking completion, and maintaining training content
- Maintain and organize enablement materials such as playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, and certification tracks
- Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives such as product training, methodology sessions, and sales skill workshops
- Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities for all internal training programs
- Maintain and support the enablement platform (e.g., Showpad & Magentrix LMS), ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-organized
