About this role
Boutique firm seeks a GTM / Sales Recruiter to own searches end-to-end on a contract basis. You will source and qualify candidates for sales, SDR, AE, and revenue leadership roles and deliver organized submissions to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage active searches from kickoff call through offer stage
- Source and qualify candidates for sales, account management, and revenue leadership roles
- Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent tools
- Communicate consistently with both clients and candidates throughout the process
- Deliver organized, well-documented candidate submissions with context and fit rationale
