Hardware Support Specialist providing frontline and Tier 2 technical support for university devices, deploying and maintaining endpoint hardware, and leveraging Intune/MECM/Ivanti for device management in a higher education setting.

- Provide frontline and Tier 2 escalation support; deploy and manage devices; support instructional technology and videoconferencing; manage device enrollment and policy compliance; maintain documentation

Endpoint management stack (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Ivanti); Windows/macOS; Microsoft 365; Active Directory; ITSM; classroom/educational technology support
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level hardware/endpoint specialist with 1-3 years' IT support experience, proficient in Intune, MECM/SCCM, and Ivanti, and comfortable supporting instructional technology in a higher education environment remotely.
