Manage hardware programs from prototype through production, coordinating cross-functional teams, ECOs, and supplier qualification to enable rapid, compliant product introductions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of electrical and mechanical design programs from prototype to NPI to sustaining engineering
- Coordinate ECO management
- Systematize ECO & DFM/DFT reviews with suppliers
- Identify dependencies, milestones, and risks
- Coordinate with QA and regulatory teams
Technical Overview
Hardware design and manufacturing lifecycle including mechanical/electrical design, sheet metal/FormPCB, ECO/DFM/DFT, supplier management, regulatory testing, and NPI.
