About this role
Support and improve Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud through functional administration and continuous improvement. Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to configure the system, enhance user experience, and validate quarterly updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Core HCM processes including worker lifecycle events and organizational structures
- Configure system elements such as lookups, flexfields, workflows, and security roles
- Support Oracle Recruiting processes including requisitions, job postings, candidate lifecycle, and job offers
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to improve business processes and user experience
- Test and validate quarterly Oracle updates and system enhancements
Technical Overview
Functional analyst role focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud processes. Works with Oracle Journeys and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), performs configuration updates (lookups, flexfields, workflows, and security roles), and conducts testing and validation of quarterly Oracle updates.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level HCM business analyst with 2+ years of HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. They are strong in Excel and can configure and test system updates using tools like Oracle Journeys and Oracle Guided Learning, while partnering closely with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
