About this role

The Harrah's Development System (HDS) Associate I is a full-time program to integrate Ak-Chin Community Members into key casino back-of-house roles through phased rotational exposure, with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests in the casino
Attend mentor, functional manager, and training meetings
Cross-train as needed in various department positions
Be open to coaching and make efforts to improve
Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies

Technical Overview

BOH rotations across Stewarding, Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Cook, Warehouse, Income Control, Facilities, Wardrobe, and IT; includes mentorship and training meetings; regulated business environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Ak-Chin community member participating in the HDS program, seeking to develop back-of-house skills with rotational exposure and potential for advancement into supervisory roles.
