About this role
The Harrah's Development System (HDS) Associate I is a part-time program to integrate Ak-Chin Community Members into key casino back-of-house roles through phased rotational exposure, with opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities

- Cross-train in various department positions

Technical Overview
BOH rotations across Stewarding, Environmental Services, Housekeeping, Cook, Warehouse, and more; includes mentorship and training meetings; includes compliance with regulated business practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Ak-Chin community member enrolled in the HDS program, eager to rotate through BOH departments and develop foundational casino operations skills.
