Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI-driven product development from concept to deployment
Translate investment research and ML models into user-facing tools
Collaborate with AI Research & Platform teams to productionalize models
Bridge gap between prototypes and enterprise-grade solutions
Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technical Overview

Scope includes AI/ML techniques, data pipelines, model deployment, governance, and risk frameworks within financial services. Programming in Python and C++; emphasis on translating research into scalable, production-ready AI products for investment workflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an executive-level AI product leader with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML within investment or financial technology, backed by a strong CS/quant finance foundation. They can translate research into production AI products and lead cross-functional teams across AI Research, Platform, and investment functions.

Must-Have Skills
