About this role

The Head of Architecture Strategy leads strategic transformation of Truist's TPPA, defines taxonomy and meta-models, and drives enterprise-wide adoption. This role also manages the TPPA registry, guides roadmaps, and leads the Architecture Strategy team while partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Codify and govern the TPPA layered architecture model
Create and maintain the TPPA registry and taxonomy and meta model
Align business consumable products to enabling platforms and enterprise platforms
Drive end-to-end traceability across business, operations, and technology
Serve as TPPA Business Product Owner to drive TPPA into ServiceNow and implement CSDM

Technical Overview

Focus areas include TPPA governance, enterprise taxonomy, service integration with ServiceNow and CSDM, agile delivery and SAFe, budgeting and cost optimization, data contracts, and APIs across architecture domains (application, data, infrastructure, security, integration).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an executive-level architecture leader with 20+ years of experience spanning enterprise and product architecture in banking, capable of shaping TPPA strategy, governance, and financial optimization across Truist’s architecture landscape.

Must-Have Skills
