Lead Vanta's data & analytics organization to deliver enterprise-wide insights by building a world-class data platform and embedding analytics across squads. Own the data infrastructure, governance, and analytics roadmap while managing data scientists, analysts, and data engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute data infrastructure strategy
Partner with executives across Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Finance
Lead analytics roadmap linking operational metrics to strategic goals
Lead and grow data scientists and analysts
Lead data engineering to maintain analytics infrastructure

Technical Overview

Oversee the architecture and governance of internal data infrastructure (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, Airflow) and ensure scalable, secure, high-availability pipelines. Drive AI-first, self-serve analytics and unify data definitions across the organization.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a veteran data & analytics leader with 15+ years in SaaS environments, capable of defining a scalable data infrastructure, building and scaling a cross-functional data team, and driving AI-first, self-serve analytics across product, marketing, revenue, and finance.

Must-Have Skills
