Head of Data Solutions for FPRS/CSWM leading data product delivery, data governance, and strategy to enable data activation across key value streams in life insurance and wealth management.

- Engage in business value stream Counseling
- Product Management: roadmap, features, and governance
- Data Governance & Compliance: regulatory alignment and risk mitigation
- Manage data stewards and cross-functional teams
- Define backlog and activation plans
Technical Overview
Senior leadership role overseeing data product roadmaps, agile delivery, data stewardship, and governance; manages matrix teams and data stewards; coordinates with eDSO platform engineering and FP&A analytics partners.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data leader with 15+ years of experience in data and analytics, adept at agile/matrix leadership, with domain knowledge in life insurance/wealth management and a track record of delivering data products and governance at scale.
Must-Have Skills
