Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain wholesale and retail distribution partnerships
- Represent MSI at industry associations (WSIA, TMPAA) and relevant events
- Negotiate distribution agreements and strategic partnership agreements
- Lead and manage the Business Development Team (mentoring, coaching, training)
- Oversee sales activity and pipeline management through HubSpot
