About this role
Provides direct health care case management within occupational health, coordinating disability, urgent and emergency care, accommodations, and return-to-work plans; supports both worker's and non-worker's compensation illness and injury cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies high-risk cases and coordinates treatment plans
- Determines essential job functions and accommodations
- Coordinates with benefits, legal, and safety teams
- Establishes confidential record keeping for cases
- On-call 24/7 coverage

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN/NP/PA with 2-5 years of occupational health nursing experience, BLS certified, and strong case management skills to coordinate disability, accommodations, and workers' compensation within a healthcare setting.
