Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations within EPIC
Lead process improvement to reduce denials and accelerate reimbursement
Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to optimize EPIC workflows
Monitor KPIs and audit readiness
Manage onshore and offshore resources

Technical Overview

Scope includes EPIC RCM modules Cadence, Resolute Billing/Claims, Prelude; focus on billing, coding, denials, AR, payers, and KPI monitoring; remote staff training and QA.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader with deep Epic knowledge, who can manage offshore resources, train staff remotely, implement QA programs, and drive denials management to improve cash flow.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years hands-on Epic experience (Resolute PB/HB required)Managing teams/resources (including offshore models)Training staff remotely in a structured environmentImplementing and managing QA programsStrong understanding of insurance follow-up and appealsDenial management strategies
