About this role
The HealthLight Veteran Sales Support Specialist is a Business Development Representative role supporting HealthLight’s sales team and customer service team to grow revenue within the HealthLight/VA partnership. The specialist contacts veteran leads and current customers, responds to inbound requests, explains infrared light science, and handles related administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact veteran leads via phone and email as first point of contact
- Educate veterans on HealthLight/VA partnership and provide documents
- Provide clinical and educational resources to veteran and VA provider team
- Manage marketing efforts within CRM HubSpot
- Schedule meetings and resolve veteran administrative questions
Technical Overview
This role uses HubSpot CRM for managing marketing efforts, and relies on remote communication channels (phone, email, virtual meetings) to deliver clinical/educational resources about photobiomodulation / light therapy devices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Business Development Representative / sales support specialist comfortable working fully remotely via phone and email to contact veteran leads and customers. They can explain the science of infrared light using clinical/educational resources, collaborate with a Sales Manager on VA relationship-building, and manage marketing follow-ups in HubSpot (CRM). Prior sales experience and medical knowledge are helpful but not explicitly required.
