On-site IT Help Desk Technician providing frontline guest and team member IT support for a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team member requests via chat, email, phone, or in person
- Provide information for problem solving to assist team members
- Remotely access systems to resolve issues
- Hardware and software installation such as network printers
- Escalate issues to the Technology Department
