This role involves providing technical support for a financial firm's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network issues, supporting cloud applications, and ensuring security compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support
- Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage IT assets and systems
- Support cloud and SaaS applications
Technical Overview
Supports Windows, macOS, Linux troubleshooting, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP), cloud platforms (Azure, Intune), and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk). Basic scripting skills are a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support specialist with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. Bilingual in Spanish and English, they should have excellent communication skills and experience supporting cloud and network environments.
