About this role
Onsite IT Help Desk role providing end-user support, device provisioning, and troubleshooting for internal employees in Westbrook, ME. You’ll configure new devices, assist with password issues, and maintain the knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls to Help Desk
- Troubleshoot problems and provide immediate resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and develop checklists for typical problems
- Image and set up new and reconfigured personal computers
- Document issues and resolution on tracking system
Technical Overview
Role involves handling a Windows-based desktop/laptop environment, configuring new devices, imaging, and MS Office support. On-site, 40 hours/week with standard helpdesk workflow and tracking of issues.
