About this role
Help Desk Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops, while providing end-user support and managing help desk tickets on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade computers
- Diagnose hardware/software/network issues
- Provide technical support via help desk tickets
- Perform system maintenance (updates, scans, backups)
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Maintain inventory and document procedures
Technical Overview
Supports end-user computing with hardware/software troubleshooting, antivirus scanning, backups, and inventory management; maintains security settings and user accounts.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level to mid IT help desk technician with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, capable of supporting end users and resolving hardware/software issues on-site.
