About this role
IT Help Desk II role providing escalated and frontline IT support for end users; focus on AD, printers, VOIP, imaging/deployment; supports Windows and macOS; on-site in Boca Raton with travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated Tier I issues
- Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and permissions
- Install, configure, and maintain office printers and multifunction devices; troubleshoot printing issues
- Manage VOIP phone systems; respond to tickets with updates
Technical Overview
Supports Windows and macOS endpoints, AD management, printers, IP telephony, imaging and deployment; requires strong communication and project management; on-site with 5% travel.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support professional with 2+ years of experience, strong Active Directory, printer, IP phone, imaging, deployment, and project management skills; comfortable supporting Windows and macOS; on-site in Boca Raton.
