Remote IT support role within a healthcare MSP, handling AD-related tasks and network tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshoot desktop software and network connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts in AD/AAD
- Log and escalate tickets in ConnectWise
- Assist with onboarding new users
