Helpdesk Support I position providing frontline IT support across Windows/macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, and device management in a remote-capable, higher-education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first line of support; remote and on-site helpdesk; support Microsoft 365 apps and Windows devices; configure and deploy workstations; document tickets and assist with onboarding
Technical Overview
Endpoint management stack with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Ivanti; AD; Microsoft 365; Windows/macOS; basic networking; ITSM/ticketing
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level to mid-level Help Desk professional with 1 year of IT Helpdesk experience (or 3 years with HS diploma) and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune/MECM, and AD. They should be comfortable providing remote support in an educational/engineering tech environment and collaborating across IT teams.
