ID Logistics is seeking a Help Desk Associate to monitor client requests, resolve operational IT issues, and support order processing with strong communication. The role blends end-user support, ticket management, and basic IT troubleshooting in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor orders and support client requests; provide updates to clients; escalate issues; manage Meridian and Help Desk tickets; generate internal/client reports
Technical Overview
Supports Windows devices and Microsoft 365, handles onboarding and workstation imaging, uses ticketing systems, and performs remote and on-site end-user support with a focus on logistics operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT helpdesk professional with 1-3 years of experience, proficient with Windows and Microsoft 365, and comfortable providing on-site and remote end-user support in a corporate environment.
Must-Have Skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent3 years of IT Helpdesk Support experience OR Associate's degree with 1 year of IT Helpdesk Support experience
