Technical Overview
Supports Windows, Mac, Linux, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, networking devices, and disaster recovery solutions in a remote MSP environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Helpdesk Technician with at least 7 years in an MSP environment, proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure. They are self-motivated, capable of troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues remotely, and possess relevant cybersecurity certifications.
