This role provides remote and onsite IT support for clients, focusing on troubleshooting, security, and user account management in a managed service provider setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote desktop support
- Troubleshoot Windows and MacOS issues
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Investigate and remediate malware alerts
- Document and escalate tickets
Technical Overview
Supports Windows, MacOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, malware remediation, MFA, and ticketing systems, with a focus on customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level IT support professional with at least 2 years of experience troubleshooting Windows and MacOS systems, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.
