About this role
Conduct in-home sales visits to promote and sell home improvement products and services, delivering proposals and drafting contracts. Coordinate installations by working with operations and third-party vendors while maintaining strong customer relationships and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize profitable home improvement sales through in-home visits and meeting targets
- Develop client relationships using leads from internal teams, vendor referrals, and personal networks
- Manage the sales process including product selection and coordination with installation teams
- Maintain product knowledge by attending training and reviewing product literature and specifications
- Prepare and submit complete and accurate job packages, requesting non-standard pricing when needed
