Full-time Housekeeping Manager for Fremont Hospital overseeing housekeeping staff and ensuring service standards are met. The role includes onboarding, scheduling, training, performance management, recruiting, and maintaining OSHA-compliant cleaning and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the housekeeping staff and ensure all standards of service are met.
- Orient new employees, develop schedules, train staff, and manage performance (recognition, discipline, evaluations).
- Recruit and manage employee relations.
- Research and implement new techniques and methods to improve services and safety.
- Perform daily housekeeping routines while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA regulations.
