HR Analytics Data Scientist to build scalable AI and predictive insights on workforce data, partnering with HR teams to translate workforce questions into analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership to frame questions and translate needs into analytics solutions
- Analyze workforce data for patterns and drivers
- Design, build, and maintain predictive models
- Build AI analytic tools to accelerate insights
- Ensure data quality and governance
Technical Overview
Focus on predictive HR analytics, modeling attrition, mobility, and workforce demand using Python/R, SQL, and HR platforms (Workday/Prism Analytics). Emphasis on data integrity, privacy, and governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data scientist with 2+ years in HR analytics or 5+ years overall analytics experience, strong ML skills (Random Forest, XGBoost), and proficiency in Python or R with SQL experience. Familiarity with Workday data or Prism Analytics is a plus, with a focus on delivering actionable HR insights.
