About this role
HR Coordinator provides administrative and transactional support for HR across multiple brands, including HRIS data entry, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits questions, with English/Spanish bilingual capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports HRIS data entry and record maintenance
- Conducts onboarding and background checks; maintains I-9 files
- Answers general benefits questions and HR processes
- Triages calls and emails; supports recruitment tasks
- Maintains HR policies, documents, and job descriptions
