Manages ATS (Greenhouse), I-9 compliance, onboarding workflows, and HRIS data; uses Microsoft Office suite for reporting and communication.

The ideal candidate is an organized HR professional with 1-3 years in recruiting coordination or HR administration, proficient with Greenhouse and HRIS, and capable of multi-site onboarding and compliance processes in an education environment.
