About this role
HR Generalist provides administrative and operational HR support across a broad range of functions including HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, records management, compliance, and employee relations in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages data in HRIS to ensure new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations are processed; prepares and maintains employee records in HRIS; runs reports and audits for compliance and reporting; manages HR ticketing system and HR policies; assists with onboarding, background checks and benefits administration
Technical Overview
Proficient in HRIS (UKG) and BI reporting; manages payroll interfaces, benefits administration, leaves, and policy compliance; maintains PHI confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HR Generalist with 4+ years of HR experience, proficient in HRIS (UKG) and BI reporting, with strong compliance and confidentiality applicable to a healthcare setting.
