About this role
Nucor Steel Hertford is seeking an HR Intern in Cofield, NC to support the Human Resources team with recruiting, onboarding, HR research, and reporting. The role includes participation in community outreach, new hire orientation, and support for internal HR compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring compliance
- Assist with talent analytics, market research, and employer branding initiatives
