About this role
HR Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team in Tampa. Will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback and offers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with EEO guidelines in a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal hiring needs, from intake to pre-boarding
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, present qualified candidate slates, and coordinate feedback/interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the firm’s ATS
- Support background checks, conflicts clearance, reference checks, and contingent offer steps
