About this role
HR Solutions Supervisor responsible for support and growth of Oracle HCM solutions, including core HCM modules, integrations, and governance; leads change management and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR COEs to drive process improvement and system configurations
- Manage second-tier support and end-user support
- Design and implement core HCM capabilities (Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor)
- Manage vendor relationships and influence product direction
- Leverage analytics for system changes and training
Technical Overview
Deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience with Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor; HDL loading; HR data modeling; analytics via Power BI/Tableau; collaboration via SharePoint/Microsoft Teams.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced HR technology professional with 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and HRIS environments, strong data analytics, governance, and vendor management skills. Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and partner with HR COEs to optimize HR processes.
