About this role
Serve as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders and employees with HR initiatives, operational HR processes, and employee relations efforts. Handle recruiting, compensation and time-off administration, documentation for hires/terminations, exit interviews, and employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries about policies, procedures and programs
- Recruit, interview, test, and select salaried and hourly employees
- Administer salary and hourly compensations programs for compliance and equity
- Prepare new hire and termination documentation and conduct exit interviews
- Represent the organization in employee-related hearings and investigations
Technical Overview
Uses Workday as the company HR system for HR processes and maintains working knowledge of it. Manages HR administration areas including compensation programs, leave tracking, and workforce documentation workflow.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level HR professional with 3-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist/functional HR role. They have strong exposure to compensation, performance management, training, and labor relations and can independently support leaders and employees using Workday while handling employee relations matters such as hearings and investigations.
