Guardian Life Insurance is seeking an HR Talent Partner Associate to deliver HR lifecycle support, collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, and drive HR processes across multiple locations.

  • Coordinate and execute core HR lifecycle activities
  • Support HRBPs during key talent processes
  • Prepare HR materials and presentations
  • Track action items and deliverables
  • Partner with COEs and Shared Services

Role focuses on HR operations, data management, HRIS familiarity, and HR process optimization within a regulated insurance environment.

The ideal candidate is an HR associate with 2-4 years’ experience supporting HR processes, data-driven decision making, and strong HRIS familiarity, capable of partnering with HRBPs and driving talent initiatives across Guardian's multi-location workforce.
