Guardian Life Insurance is seeking an HR Talent Partner Associate to deliver HR lifecycle support, collaborate with HRBPs and COEs, and drive HR processes across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute core HR lifecycle activities
- Support HRBPs during key talent processes
- Prepare HR materials and presentations
- Track action items and deliverables
- Partner with COEs and Shared Services

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HR associate with 2-4 yearsβ experience supporting HR processes, data-driven decision making, and strong HRIS familiarity, capable of partnering with HRBPs and driving talent initiatives across Guardian's multi-location workforce.
Must-Have Skills
