About this role
Senior HRIS Analyst III designs and maintains HR data reporting and analytics solutions, connecting Oracle HCM with Google Cloud Platform to enable trusted HR insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and datasets using Oracle HCM and downstream analytics platforms
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract HR data across multiple HR domains
- Design analytics-ready HR data models to support enterprise reporting
- Partner with data engineering to support data flows from Oracle HCM into Google Cloud Platform
- Own the full lifecycle of HR reporting solutions from requirements gathering through deployment
Technical Overview
Stack includes Oracle HCM (OTBI, BI Publisher), SQL, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, ThoughtSpot; collaborates with HRIS and Data Governance on data definitions and governance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HRIS analyst with 5+ years of HR analytics/reporting experience, strong SQL, experience with Oracle HCM and GCP BigQuery, and a track record delivering analytics solutions in a retail HR environment.
