Senior HRIS Analyst III designs and maintains HR data reporting and analytics solutions, connecting Oracle HCM with Google Cloud Platform to enable trusted HR insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and datasets using Oracle HCM and downstream analytics platforms
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract HR data across multiple HR domains
Design analytics-ready HR data models to support enterprise reporting
Partner with data engineering to support data flows from Oracle HCM into Google Cloud Platform
Own the full lifecycle of HR reporting solutions from requirements gathering through deployment

Technical Overview

Stack includes Oracle HCM (OTBI, BI Publisher), SQL, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, ThoughtSpot; collaborates with HRIS and Data Governance on data definitions and governance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an HRIS analyst with 5+ years of HR analytics/reporting experience, strong SQL, experience with Oracle HCM and GCP BigQuery, and a track record delivering analytics solutions in a retail HR environment.
