HRIS Manager (Workday) responsible for managing Workday Core HCM, security, reporting, and integrations; partner with HR, IT, and Finance; lead release management and optimization of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Core HCM
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Administer Workday Security
- Lead bi-annual Workday releases and deployments
- Analyze end-to-end HR business processes and translate needs into designs
Technical Overview
Scope includes configuration of core HCM, benefits, compensation, talent and performance modules; develop and maintain reports (matrix/composite), manage security roles, and oversee Workday integrations and EIB uploads; ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a senior Workday HRIS specialist with 5+ years configuring Core HCM, security, and reporting, and a Workday PRO Certification. They excel at stakeholder management, enterprise releases, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
