About this role
Own and optimize the company’s HubSpot CRM to ensure it stays accurate, efficient, and scalable. Support internal sales, marketing, and service users with configuration, data hygiene, reporting, troubleshooting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM including configuration, customization, user roles, permissions, and system settings
- Implement proactive data hygiene and clean-up to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Build dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and service performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues to minimize disruptions
- Manage and improve integrations with connected platforms such as NetSuite and Monday.com
Technical Overview
Administers HubSpot CRM across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub, including configuration, customization, roles/permissions, and system settings. Builds dashboards/reports and manages integrations with NetSuite and Monday.com, using strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (preferred).
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level HubSpot CRM administrator with at least 2 years of CRM administration experience. They are proficient with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub, and they can maintain data quality, build dashboards/reports, and manage integrations with platforms like NetSuite and Monday.com.
