HUD - Documentation / SOP Lead

Lead documentation and SOP efforts for HUD cybersecurity operations; develop SOPs, playbooks, and governance to meet federal standards and audit readiness.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, workflows, and operational procedures for SOC functions
• Ensure documentation aligns with NIST, FISMA, CISA directives and policies
• Establish documentation governance, version control, and review processes
• Standardize documentation formats across SOC operations
• Maintain centralized repository for all SOC documentation and artifacts

Scope includes SOC documentation, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance with federal standards; manages centralized repository and version control; interacts with SOC analysts and leadership.

The ideal candidate is a senior cybersecurity documentation professional with 5+ years in SOP development and SOC operations, able to produce and govern federal-compliant SOPs and playbooks for HUD environments.
